Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, the hotel boasts a lovely garden with outdoor dining areas, great for a quiet morning coffee. The good owners, Ottillia and John, are willing to accommodate your needs, even providing a larger fridge for your perishables when the in-room mini-bar won't do. While my room was comfortable and well-heated, it was the tranquil setting that stood out. The full birdsong in the garden creates an excellent ambience to unwind away from city life. Breakfast was satisfying, offering a great start before your day of exploring. This spot might not offer nightlife, but its serene environment complements a restful city exploration. For the price, you're getting a solid retreat.
